1515.06 OPENING OR OBSTRUCTING FIRE HYDRANTS.

No person, unless duly authorized by the proper authorities, shall open any fire hydrant, make any connections to fire hydrants for any purpose whatsoever or place any building material or other obstruction so as to interfere with the use or free access to such hydrants.
