1501.14 FEE SCHEDULE.
   (a)   The City hereby adopts and establishes a schedule of fees for the issuance of various permits required by the Ohio Fire Code.
      1.   Seasonal Fees:
         a.   Single open burning for recreational, cooking or bonfire. Fee $15.00.
         b.   Seasonal open burning for recreational, cooking or bonfire, at the same site requiring a single inspection at the beginning of each season between April 1 and November 1 for any given year. A seasonal permit can be revoked by any City Fire Official. Fee $100.00.
   (b)   Fire Inspection Fees.

   (c)   Permit Exemptions.
      (1)   The City of Alliance is exempt from the charging of any Permit fees under this section.
      (2)   The Building Official shall determine whether an application and subsequent no charge permit is to be issued.
   (d)   Additional Rules.
      (1)   Annual Inspections are mandatory for commercial and industrial buildings unless properly registered as vacant. Failure to obtain inspection may cause citation as otherwise provided in this Ordinance. See 1501.99.
      (2)   Payment is due within 30 days of invoice, late payments will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Failure to pay fees under this Ordinance may cause Citation as otherwise provided in this Ordinance. See 1501.99.
      (3)   Fee schedule is effective January 1, 2018.
   (e)   Any permit not applied for in writing before work is in progress shall be subject to a 200% penalty in addition to the regular fees provided in this chapter for all work done under such a permit.
   
   (f)   The aforesaid fees shall be collected by the Fire Chief, the Fire Inspector or such other persons or agents as shall from time to time be authorized by the Fire Chief or the Fire Inspector of the City and shall thereafter be promptly remitted by them to the City Auditor.
   (g)   The safety service director has the authority to promulgate rules necessary for the administration of this Ordinance.
