No building hereafter erected shall be occupied or used in whole or in part, until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Official and posted on the premises certifying that such building conforms to the provisions of this Building Code. Certificates of occupancy issued previously under the Zoning Ordinance shall remain in effect for the use and/or period for which issued. (Ord. 9-20. Passed 2-18-20.)
