1339.04 OHIO BASIC BUILDING CODE PLAN REVIEW FEES.
   (a)   The fees for all new construction, alterations, day care, change of use, repair, reroofing are as provided in Chapter 117.

   (b)   Certificate of occupancy permit required. Issued upon final approval of all required inspections. No separate fee required.
