There is hereby established a Mandatory Drug Fine and Bail Forfeiture Fund. Mandatory fines and bail forfeitures pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 2925 or Chapter 513 of the Codified Ordinances of the City shall be paid into the foregoing Fund by the Clerk of Courts. Expenditures from the fund shall be authorized by the Chief of Police and shall be utilized only for those purposes set forth in the Internal Control Policy attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance 39-93.
