There is hereby established a Law Enforcement Trust Fund. Proceeds from the seizure and/or sale of forfeited contraband obtained by the Alliance Police Department shall be paid into the foregoing fund. Expenditures from the fund shall be authorized by the Director of Public Safety and Service and the Chief of Police by their joint signatures and shall be utilized only for those purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. 2933.43(D) or as it may hereafter be amended.
