1328.03 CONDITION OF PUBLIC RESTROOM FACILITIES.

Public restroom facilities located at retail fuel outlets within the corporate limits of the City shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be equipped with such heating, lighting and ventilating equipment as may reasonably be required by the Building Inspector of the City. (Ord. 68-91. Passed 8-20-91.)
