1327.06 DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

Any person who wishes to make a complaint against a person who holds a qualification certificate shall submit the complaint in writing to the appropriate section of the Ohio Construction Industry Examining Board within one year after the date of the action or event upon which the complaint is based.
