No person shall store, place or allow to remain for a period in excess of six months, any dwelling, structure or other building with a floor area exceeding 200 square feet on temporary sub-support of any type, meaning other than a frost protected footer, on any lot, lots, parts of lots or parcel of land, within the corporate limits of the City.
