Apartment buildings accommodating more than two families shall be considered a commercial building for the purposes of this section.
Where more than one building is being wrecked or razed on the same lot or contiguous lots for the same owner, only one permit shall be required. Where the classifications of buildings differ, the permit shall be based on the highest classifications of the buildings to be wrecked or razed.
Permits shall be issued for a period not to exceed thirty days. The premises shall be inspected by the Fire Inspector at the expiration of the permit or upon notification by the permit holder that the work has been completed.
