(a) The Mayor’s Commission on Aging is hereby created to benefit Alliance Area senior citizens.
(b) The members of the Mayor’s Commission on Aging shall be Alliance area residents appointed by the Mayor and the names of the members of the Commission shall be reported to Council on an annual basis; and
(c) The Mayor’s Commission on Aging shall act to benefit Alliance Area senior citizens by coordinating the efforts of and working and contracting with other individuals, groups, and organizations to benefit Alliance Area senior citizens. (Ord. 142-02. Passed 10-21-02.)
