131.01 CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION ON ENERGY.
   (a)    The Mayor is hereby authorized to create a Citizens Advisory Commission on Energy consisting of five members from the City as follows:
      One member representing the building industry;
      One member representing labor;
      One member representing senior citizens;
      One member representing local government; and
      One member representing business or finance.
   (b)    The Advisory Commission shall provide advice and/or information concerning the energy crisis to the Mayor, Administration and Council.
   (c)    The terms of office shall be for a two year period.
   (d)    The Mayor shall provide the necessary administrative space and supplies to assist the Commission in its deliberations.
