117.01 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Director of Public Safety and Service shall from time to time review, update and establish permit, plan review, and inspection fees for engineering, planning commission, zoning, building, electrical, and mechanical and present those fees to the Council of the City of Alliance for approval. Upon approval by the Council of the City of Alliance, these fees shall be published and used. Fees approved in Sections 117.04, 117.05 and 117.05 shall only be in effect when the appropriate Building Official is employed by the City of Alliance. When the appropriate Building Official is acting in a contracted capacity, the contract shall establish the Building, Electrical and Mechanical fees to be levied. (Ord. 9-20. Passed 2-18-20.)
