941.13 HUNTING, FISHING AND MOLESTING WILDLIFE.
   (a)   No person within the confines of the park shall hunt, pursue with dogs, trap or in any other way molest any wild bird or animal found within the confines of the park, or rob or molest any bird nest or take the eggs of any bird, except that trapping may be allowed along and adjacent to park lands with written permission of the Park Superintendent, either with or without a nominal fee.
   (b)    The Superintendent may cause such park waters as he deems advisable closed to fishing and shall so post them. In all other park waters fishing from the banks only shall be permitted subject to the statutes of the State, except that the use of bows and arrows for fishing is prohibited and fishing shall not be permitted during the hours the park is closed.
   (c)    Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
