(a) No person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of the park, parkways or other public reservations between the hours of sunset and 7:00 a. m. except in an emergency, when attending a Board of Park Commissioners recognized event or with special permission of the Park Superintendent.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
