(a) No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any order relating to the regulation, direction or control of traffic or to any other order lawfully given by any park officer acting under the authority of the Board of Park Commissioners or willfully resist, obstruct or abuse any police officer or other official in the execution of his office.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
