(a) No person, except police officers, other law enforcement officers, Board of Park Commissioners employees or its designated representatives, shall carry or use air or gas guns, slingshot or missile throwing device within the park, or possess fireworks, explosive substances or air or gas guns in the park.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
