113.13 CUSTODY OF MUNICIPAL SECURITIES.
   The Treasurer shall be responsible for the safekeeping of all documents evidencing deposits or investments under this chapter in accordance with the requirements of Ohio R.C. Chapter 135. (Ord. 32-98. Passed 4-6-98.)
