(a) No person shall bring into, leave behind, or dump any refuse, ashes, garbage or other debris of any kind in the park except that the refuse, ashes, garbage or debris of a picnic, camp or other permitted activity, may be deposited and put in receptacles or pits provided for such purposes.
(b) No person shall, either within or outside of the park, place or permit to be placed in any river, brook, stream, ditch or drain that flows into or through park land, any noxious or deleterious material which may render park waters harmful or inimical to the public health or the animal, vegetation or aquatic life or which may prevent, limit or interfere with the use of such waters for domestic, industrial or agricultural purposes or which may lessen to an unreasonable degree the use of and enjoyment of such waters for park lands for recreational or other park uses.
(c) No person shall, either within or outside of the park, discharge into any pipe, drain, sewer, ditch, or natural tributary watercourse that flows into, through or onto park lands, any liquid or aqueous waste.
(d) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
