As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise provided.
(a) "Park" means any and all land owned or controlled by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Alliance Park Department.
(b) "Board" means the Board of Park Commissioners of the Alliance Park Department or its designated representatives.
(c) "Person" includes persons and corporations.

(d) "Superintendent" means the Park Superintendent.
