937.16 TIME OF SERVICE.

No residential garbage, rubbish, refuse or recycling service contractor or operator shall provide garbage, rubbish, refuse, or recycling service between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 149-02. Passed 11-4-02.)
