937.09 DISPOSAL METHODS; PERMIT REVOCATION.

All garbage and refuse collected, transported or disposed of within the City shall be disposed of in a manner as prescribed by the Board of Health. Collection permits shall be issued only to those collectors who can provide adequate equipment, reliable service and proper disposal methods. Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be cause for revocation of the permit by the Board of Health.
