937.07 GARBAGE COLLECTION PERMIT.

No person shall collect or haul garbage or refuse upon the streets of the City, without first obtaining a permit from the City Board of Health and complying with the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the Board of Health relative to such collection and removal.
