935.01 REGULATIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH.
   Boating and fishing regulations for Deer Creek Reservoir shall be as follows:
   (a)    Each boat fisherman must register at the office before fishing.
   (b)    Motors propelled by electric energy or current not exceeding five horsepower shall be permitted.
   (c)    The use of boats on the waters of the reservoir shall be at the risk of the users of such boats. The Water Department or the City, and their agents, shall not be liable for damages or accidents of any kind to the users of the boats resulting from the use of the reservoir for boating.
   (d)    No shore fishing is permitted along the entire shore on the opposite side of the reservoir from the boat landing.
   (e)    No shore fishing is permitted from either side of the earthen dam or spillway.
   (f)    No boats of any kind or for any purpose are allowed beyond the line established by the two range markers.
   (g)    Each boat shall be limited to three occupants.
   (h)    No overnight camping is permitted.
   (i)    No bathing is permitted.
   (j)    No intoxicating liquor or beer is permitted.
   (k)    All fishing rules and regulations established by the State of Ohio, Division of Wildlife, are in force and are effective on this reservoir. Such rules and regulations shall be enforced by the game wardens.
   (l)    The waters of Deer Creek Reservoir are used by the City for its water supply. Any act of any kind or character which would in any way contaminate the water or shores of the reservoir, or which would violate the rules of the Water Department or the Ohio Department of Health is prohibited.
   (m)    No fires shall be started except in facilities provided in the picnic area.
   (n)    No vehicles are permitted in the picnic area.
   (o)    All private boats using the reservoir must be licensed.
   (p)    No private boat can be anchored, docked, beached or tied up at any place for a period of time in excess of four hours, except those private boats for which a permit is obtained. Such boats shall be tied up at the boat landing at the place provided.
