The lessee shall keep an accurate account of all fees collected and shall make a quarterly report in duplicate, one copy for the Director of Public Safety and Service and the other for the Water Works Superintendent, between the first and the fifteenth of January, April, July and October of each year. Such report shall show the total fees collected for fishing privileges, the amount spent for restocking the lake, with supporting evidence, the number of times the property was patrolled each month, the sanitary conditions surrounding the lake, the number of boating permits granted and other items that may be of interest to the City.
