The lessee shall permit no motor boats on the lake before June 15 of each year, except one which he may use for patrol duty and other official use. No speed boats shall be permitted at any time, nor shall any boats be permitted to carry passengers for a fare or other consideration at any time except a boat operated by the lessee on Sundays. Boats shall not be operated on the lake other than on Sundays, Independence Day and Labor Day, except such boat used by the lessee for patrol duty and other official use. Motors propelled by electric energy or current shall be permitted at all times after June 15 of each year. No motors exceeding 7-1/2 horsepower shall be permitted. (Ord. 46-67. Passed 6-5-67.)
