The lessee shall have the exclusive right to the hunting, fishing, bathing, boating and amusement privileges at the lake, subject to the rules and regulations set up by the Water Works Superintendand the Director of Public Safety and Service. He shall protect and save harmless the City against all claims for damages resulting from the use of the above privileges, and shall be governed by all rules and regulations of the Department of Health of the State and the Board of Health of the City.
