917.03 CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

No connections shall be made to City water mains outside the corporate limits of the City from any lot or parcel of land, unless such lot or parcel of land borders upon an existing water main. (Res. 26-53. Passed 4-20-53.)
