905.08 CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC, PRIVATE ALLEY CROSSINGS.
   All public or private alley crossings abutting any street or highway being permanently improved by paving shall be constructed with the same material as that with which the abutting street is being paved. All such public or private alley crossings shall be constructed the full width of the alley and shall extend from the inside lot line to the outside gutter line.
   All other public or private alley crossings not included in the terms of the preceding paragraph shall be constructed of paving block, asphalt or cement and shall be constructed the full width of the alley and shall extend from the inside lot line to the outside gutter line.
   The Engineering Department is hereby instructed to set no grade stakes, nor shall the Street Department accept any alley improvement that is not constructed in conformity with this section. (1963 Code § 905.08)
