905.03 COMPLETION NOTICE; INSPECTION; CERTIFICATE.

Upon the completion of the construction of any sidewalk under the provisions of this chapter, the property owner shall notify the City Engineer who shall inspect the same. If such sidewalk is constructed according to the standard of construction of sidewalks in the City and if all the provisions of this chapter have been complied with, the City Engineer shall issue a certificate of inspection approving such sidewalk.
