757.99 PENALTY.

Any person who is found violating any of the foregoing requirements shall be guilty of minor misdemeanor. Any person who is found guilty of violating any of the foregoing requirements who has previously been found guilty of any violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.
