757.09 RATES AND FARES.

Each taxicab driver, taxicab operator, personnel transportation operator and personnel transportation driver shall post in a conspicuous location inside the motor vehicle a specific list of rates and fares. Said rates and fares shall also be filed by the licensee and maintained with the office of the Mayor of the City of Alliance.
