In the event that the applicant fails to maintain a Certificate of Insurance or inspection report advising of the good operating condition of the motor vehicles used by applicants, the Mayor shall revoke the annual license set forth herein.
(a) The Mayor may also revoke applicant’s license if, after notice and hearing, the Mayor finds that the applicant has conducted its business in such a manner that is contrary to the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens and for any other violation of this chapter. The applicant shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Mayor to Alliance City Council.
