757.02 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No taxicab operator, taxicab driver, personnel transportation operator or personnel transportation driver shall operate any taxicab or personnel transportation vehicle for the transportation of persons for hire or fare on any street or alley within the corporate limits of the City, except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
