745.07 LICENSEE REQUIREMENTS.
   Each licensee under the provisions of this chapter shall comply with the following requirements:
   (a)    Gambling. No licensee shall permit to be played, nor shall anyone present in any poolroom, billiard room or bowling alley play, any game upon any table or alley for money or any other valuable thing nor shall they permit or engage in the playing of cards, the operation of punchboards, the operation of raffling devices, the use of a pea ball or other game of chance, or any form of gambling in any poolroom, billiard room or bowling alley, or in any room where pool or billiard tables or bowling alleys are located.

   (b)    Disorderly Premises. No licensee shall suffer or permit the licensed premises to become disorderly.
   (c)    Minors. No licensee shall suffer or permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to enter or remain in such billiard room or poolroom unless accompanied by his parent, nor shall such licensee permit such minor to play any game therein.
   (d)    Hours of Operation. No licensee shall keep such billiard room or poolroom or table open on Sunday or operate the same between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. on the other days of the week. No bowling alley shall be kept open or be operated between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., nor on Sundays from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
   (e)    Alcoholic Beverages. No licensee shall sell, furnish, possess, give away or suffer to be sold, possessed or given away in such billiard room or poolroom any intoxicating liquor, including any and all liquids which are prohibited by law to be sold, furnished, possessed or given away, unless such licensee is the holder of a valid permit issued by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control.
   (f)    Obstructing View. No licensee shall suffer or permit the windows or doors in such billiard room, poolroom, bowling alley or place where any billiard or pool tables are maintained to be screened, curtained or otherwise obstructed at any time of the day or night so as to prevent a full, clear and unobstructed view of such poolroom, billiard room or bowling alley.
