745.05 FEE FOR COMBINATION BILLIARD ROOM AND BOWLING ALLEY.

If any person operates both a billiard room and bowling alley under the same management and in the same building, then such person shall pay but one annual room charge. In addition, such person shall pay the annual rates for additional tables and alleys as provided in Section 745.04.
