The Mayor is hereby granted the authority to cancel and revoke any permit when it appears that fraud or misrepresentation was practiced in obtaining a permit or that the permittee has failed to comply with the terms of this chapter after notice of any violation thereof. An appeal from the decision of the Mayor to revoke a permit shall be made with Council, which shall have the authority and power to review such revocations. (Ord. 77-67. Passed 8-7-67.)
