Council or its representatives shall have the authority at any time to enter upon property where a drilling site is contemplated or where a well is operating or is in the process of being drilled for the purpose of inspecting such site and equipment and any and all other things necessary to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
It shall be the duty of the Fire Department and the Building Department to inspect all oil and gas well sites in the City of Alliance once each year and make reports to the Mayor. Such inspections and subsequent reports may be done jointly. (Ord. 128-92. Passed 12-21-92.)
