743.22 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.

All permittees shall, in addition to the regulations set forth herein, comply with all statutes, rules and regulations promulgated by any department or division of the State relative to the drilling, operation, maintenance, pulling and plugging of oil and gas wells.
