743.21 ADDITIONAL PERMITS.
   No material, drilling rigs or other equipment shall be placed upon any drilling site until all necessary permits have been obtained in accordance with City ordinances and the laws of Ohio. (Ord. 77-67. Passed 8-7-67.)
