743.17 DIKE REQUIRED.

Before any oil shall be stored in any above ground storage tanks, there shall be constructed completely around all such tanks a dike or earthen fill of well-compacted earth of sufficient capacity to store the total capacity of all such tanks so enclosed. (Ord. 77-67. Passed 8-7-67.)
