743.03 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS; MAP AND EASEMENTS.
   It shall be the duty of the applicant at the time of presenting such application to supply and attach to the application a map showing the exact location of the proposed well and sludge pit and the location of storage tank batteries and access road if there is a producing well. Such map shall remain on file with the Mayor for future reference. The map shall be drawn to scale and show the lot lines of all properties in the area unitized for the well, the location of buildings and structures in the unit and the names of each of the property owners shall be shown on the map within the drilling unit.
   Each application shall have attached with it copies of any existing easements or options for easements for pipe lines and/or storage tanks if there is a producing well. The copy of such easement shall be accompanied by a map showing where such easement crosses private property. (Ord. 77-67. Passed 8-7-67.)
