Any court costs incurred during the course of any tax delinquency and foreclosure or forfeiture proceedings resulting in the acquisition of title to any lands by the City pursuant to this chapter shall be payable to the County Auditor, as required by Ohio R.C. 5722.03, upon the confirmation of the sale of such lands to the City.
