741.07 PURCHASE FROM MINOR PROHIBITED; HOURS.

No person shall purchase or receive by sale, barter, exchange or otherwise any article mentioned in Section 741.01 from a minor or apprentice, knowing or having reason to believe him to be such, or from any person between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
