741.06 PURCHASE FROM DRUNKARDS AND THIEVES PROHIBITED.

No licensee under the provisions of this chapter or any of his employees shall directly or indirectly buy or receive any junk from any intoxicated person, habitual drunkard, person known to be a thief or an associate of thieves, a receiver of stolen property or any other person he has reason to suspect of being such.
