735.08 REVOCATION, NOTICE AND APPEAL.
   For violation of the chapter, for failure to properly maintain an installation or when the number of false alarms for any installation equals twelve in any twelve month period, the Police Chief may serve written notice upon a permit holder of intent to revoke his permit. Such notice shall be given not less than seven days prior to revocation. The notice shall state the right of the permit holder to appeal to the Director of Public Safety and Service. If an appeal is filed in writing, the Director shall hold a hearing on the matter and shall render a decision on the basis of facts presented. The Director's decision shall be final. In the event no appeal is filed, the Police Chief shall transmit all pertinent information to the Director, who shall cancel the permit. The Police Chief shall take whatever steps are necessary to disconnect the alarm.
