733.08 DANCE PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall hold a public dance or public ball within the limits of the City without having first obtained a permit therefor from the Mayor. Such permit may be issued by the Mayor upon the payment of a fee of two dollars ($2.00).
