729.10 MAYOR TO MAKE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to establish, adopt and enforce, or cause to be enforced, such rules and regulations concerning or governing the issuance of licenses required under this chapter as he may deem reasonable and necessary and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
