705.17 LICENSED MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit a medical doctor, intern or resident, registered nurse or other person from giving treatment or caring for an injured person in conjunction with an emergency medical vehicle or when such treatment or care is authorized under a license issued by the State.
