705.09 RECORDS.

A medical vehicle service, or a business engaged in transporting sick and disabled persons in nonemergency medical vehicles, shall maintain such records relating to the transportation of patients or passengers as are deemed necessary by the Commissioner and such records shall be available for inspection by the Commissioner at any reasonable time.
